Accessibility at Spark Jobs

Spark Jobs Platform Inc. wants everyone to be able to find work with Spark, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on sparkjobs.ca and in the Spark Jobs app.

What we do

• We design with readable text, strong colour contrast and clear labels.
• The site and web app can be used with a keyboard and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA.
• We respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• Swipe actions in the app also have buttons, so nobody has to swipe.
• We test with automated tools and by hand, and we fix issues as we find them.

Known limitations

We are a young company and we are still improving. Some animations, older images or third-party content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If something gets in your way, please tell us.
