Delete your Spark Jobs account

Spark Jobs Platform Inc. · applies to the Spark Jobs app (iOS and Android) and the web app

You can permanently delete your Spark Jobs account and its data at any time, yourself, in the app. The steps are the same on a phone and in a browser at sparkjobs.ca/app/, and either one deletes the whole account.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

Open Spark Jobs on your phone, or go to sparkjobs.ca/app/ in any browser, and sign in.
Go to Settings (profile icon, then the gear).
Scroll to Delete account.
Read the warning, tap I understand, continue, and confirm.

What is deleted: your profile, resumes, saved jobs, applications, messages, job and gig posts, community posts and comments, and every photo, video and attachment you uploaded. Deletion is permanent, with no recovery window. A minimal deletion audit record (not your content) is retained as required for security and legal compliance.

If you can't sign in anywhere

Email support@sparkjobs.ca from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Spark Jobs account". We verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in your store account: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
